Room calendar
Who is in which room, who arrives today, what needs cleaning or repair. A 1–4 week view, free rooms at a glance, double bookings impossible.
Bookings and payments
Guest card with two phone numbers, services per night, payments by cash, card or transfer, an invoice and an act in two clicks, a confirmation email to the guest.
Light accounting
The bank statement is matched automatically, invoices and acts are kept in a register, tourist tax is separated from revenue, plus payroll and figures for tax reports (M.E.Doc in Ukraine).

Front desk

- Parking spaces with a daily limit: the system will not let you book more than there are
- Tourist tax is calculated automatically: residents, foreigners, exempt guests
Administrator
admin- Rooms, categories and seasonal prices, services “per night” or “one-off”
- Revenue report with charts: occupancy, average nightly rate, booking sources
- Change log: who changed a price or deleted a payment, and when
- Login sessions, failed attempts with country and IP, forced sign-out
Accounting
accountant- Sees only bookings marked “Invoice required”
- Import statements from any bank as CSV or Excel; a transfer entered by the front desk only needs confirming
- Invoices and acts can be edited by hand and are saved exactly as edited
- Payroll under Ukrainian rules: 18% income tax, 5% military levy, 22% social contribution, bank payment list, 4DF report data
Housekeeping

- Mark a room “cleaned” with one tap; the front desk sees it on the calendar
- Hotel notes: instructions, service contacts, schedules
